As the Dirty Dozen Brass Band approaches its thirtieth year as a touring and recording entity, the group will finally release its first anthology. This Is The Dirty Dozen Brass Band collects material that spans its ten albums, including a guest appearance by the late Dizzy Gillespie on Oop Pop A Dah The DDBB which will perform at Smiths Olde Bar in Atlanta this evening, as it travels through the south gearing up for some Japan and Guam dates later this month and next.
