Sound Tribe Sector 9 has announced that due to the death in one of its band members’ families that it will not be performing this coming weekend in the Wakarusa Festival. Wakarusa will take place this Thursday June 16 through Sunday June 20 outside Lawrence, Kansas. Confimed artists over the five stages still include Wilco, String Cheese Incident, Gov’t Mule, Galactic, North Mississippi Allstars, Little Feat and many others.
