The destructive path of hurricane Katrina has indefinitely postponed Galactics 10th anniversary performance scheduled for its native New Orleans this weekend. However, the group will mark its decade together with a series of shows that begins in late October and continues through November. The Ten Year Invasion Tour will begin at the Crystal Bay Club in Crystal Bay, Nevada on October 26, route through California and then back down to Vegoose before a Halloween performance with Mofro at Stubbs in Austin. From here Galactic will travel to the northeast, with Lyrics Born joining the bill on a number of shows before the tour concludes on November 18 and 19 at the 9:30 Club in Jeff Raines and Robert Mercurios hometown of Washington DC.
