Last June guitarist Yosi Piamenta invited Oteil Burbridge and Piamenta Band drummer Asaf Shor to join him for the inaugural Heavenly Jams Band show. Since then, Piamenta has assembled new incarnations of the group for occasional New York-area gigs. However, on December 8, Piamenta will travel south for a performance at Jakes Toadhouse in Atlanta. For this show the Hassidic Hendrix will be joined by Yonrico Scott (Derek Trucks Band) on drums and Dave Stoltz (Dickey Betts) on bass.
