Chef Dave will perform two South Carolina shows at months end in which the group will expand to a quartet. Johnny Neel (Allman Brothers Band, X2) will jump in on organ, joining bassist Cameron Roberts, drummer Kent Gilliam and slide guitarist Seth Davis. As weve mentioned before, Chef Dave began its career as the Seth Davis Band until a booking agent misheard the name, resulting in the groups current moniker. Neel will be on hand for Chef Daves shows on January 26 at Headliners in Columbia and on the 28th at the Pour House in Charleston.
