The Wakarusa Music and Camping Festival will return to Lawrence, Kansas for a third year this June. Artists who are currently confirmed for Wakarusa include: Robert Randolph and the Family Band, Yonder Mountain String Band, Keller Williams, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, The Greyboy Allstars, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Gomez, Perpetual Groove, New Monsoon, Brothers Past, The Assembly of Dust, MOFRO and many others. Last year Wakarusa offered five stages and one can expect that the festival will have at least as many in 2006. Wakarusa will take place on June 8-11 and the festival has announced that it will cap attendance at 15,000 tickets (with 4-day passes first available on January 21).
