Last month RatDog proved to be first group to announce a spring Beacon Theater run, trumping the Allman Brothers Band by a few weeks. At the time of that announcement, other dates were said to be part of the spring tour and the group has now announced ten of them. The first confirmed show is on March 18 at the NorVa Theatre in Norfolk, Virginia. From here Bob Weir & RatDog will travel to Danbury, Connecticut for two shows at the Premier Music Hall, followed by dates in Northampton, Philadelphia (two nights at the Electric Factory), Syracuse, Hampton Beach, Boston and Providence. The groups Beacon run will take place from April 4-6, with additional shows on the tour likely to be announced as well. In addition, as a glance to the top left-hand corner of this page indicates, Weir and RatDog are the cover story in the current issue of Relix.
