This evening at Winston’s in San Diego, Honkytonk Homeslice will begin a stretch of California shows. The band which consists of Jilian Nershi, her husband Bill (String Cheese Incident) and Scott Law, will perform two sets at most of these gigs which will wrap up on November 12 at the Cozmic Cafn Placerville, CA. Of note is the show on November 11 in which the trio will mark the release of its self-titled debut by performing its thirteen tracks in order (_Honkytonk Homeslice_ is a current favorite of our site editor, who compares it favorably to the music of Austins lost, lamented Reivers). In addition, Honkytonk Homeslice will appear live on David Ganss Dead to the World, on November 8 from 9-10PM.
