For the first time ever, tickets will be available to the general public for Warren Haynes Presents: The Pre-Jam. As is tradition, the event will take place the night before Haynes annual Christmas Jam, December 15, at Asheville, NCs Orange Peel and broadcast live on the air and over the internet. The Pre-Jam, which has been invite only in the past, will feature of number of Christmas Jam performers, including Gov’t Mule, John Popper Project featuring DJ Logic, Marty Stuart & his Fabulous Superlatives, the New Orleans Social Club, Outformation and Taj Mahal Trio, among others. Tickets for the intimate event, which seats only 1,000 people, will be available at 3 PM today and benefit a number of charities. In related news, tickets for Haynes sold-out Christmas Jam are now being auctioned off at www.muleauction.net.
