Alfred Howard and the K23 Orchestra celebrated St. Patricks Day with Moonshine Still and Monophonics at San Franciscos 12 Galaxies Saturday. ALO guitarist Dan Lebowitz lent a helping hand throughout the night, appearing with both Moonshine Still and AHK23 during their sets. Of particularly note was Lebowitzs appearance on AHK23s new number, God Bless Cowgirls. AHK23 will appear with Jacob Fred Jazz Odysseys Brian Haas at San Diego, CAs Winstons on April 6 and at Arcata, CAs Humbrews on April 13. Hass will perform a solo opening set each night and also likely join the group onstage.
