As we reported, this past Friday night Bob Weir took the stage with the Allman Brothers Band, along with RatDog drummer Jay Lane during a version of Franklins Tower. Last night, Gregg Allman reciprocated, making a rare early appearance prior to his groups closing set, as he joined RatDog for the groups Turn On Your Lovelight encore. While this sit-in concluded the intra-band appearances for the evening, the Brothers brought out New York Congressman John Hall on guitar for their Southbound encore. Hall, the first time senator from New Yorks Hudson Valley is a recording artists ion his right, most notably as co-founder of the group Orleans. RatDog and the ABB wrap up their co-headlining tour this evening at PNC Bank Arts Ceter in Holmdel, New Jersey.
