Before recharging Deep Banana Blackout for a series of late fall performances, a handful of the groups members will host a residency at Stamford, CTs The Grand.
The Durkins, drummer Johnny and his sister Jen, will play a free show The Grand every Thursday for the next two months, beginning this evening. In addition, the ensemble will feature Deep Bannana Blackout saxophonist Rob Somerville, Schleigho keyboardist Jesse Gibbon, bassist Rich Zurkowski and guitarist Darian Cunning. The Durkins will hit the stage at 9 PM each week.
