Now that guitarist Ben Combe has left Particle, the band is gigging with guest players through the end of the year. Josh Clark has appeared with the remaining three members of the group for most of their November and December gigs, with Joel Kiser and David McLaughlin (House Of Fools) joining in on December 7-9. Particle’s New Year’s Eve run, which will extend from December 27-31, will feature some additional guest players, as Brian Jordan (KDTU, Blu Sirkit) will appear at all of these dates, while the Doors’ Robby Krieger also will join in for the Great American Music Hall gig on December 29. This evening Particle is in Mobile, Al at Soul Kitchen with Josh Clark.
