Shanti Grooves original lineup will reunite for three shows later this week. The Colorado-based group will perform throughout the Rocky Mountain region, making stops at Boulders Fox Theater (1/17), Ft. Collins Avogadros (1/18) and Denvers Cervantes’ (1/19). The latter show is a co-bill with the groups longtime friend Split Lip Rayfield. After nearly six years with Shanti Groove, banjo player Jason Flournoy left the group in 2006 to perform with Larry Keel & Natural Bridge. The group has continued to gig since then, though its schedule has slowed in the past few months.
