As of late John Popper has been in a Texas studio working on the forthcoming Blues Traveler release. However, next week he will return to the stage for a seven show Colorado run with the John Popper Project. The group which also features DJ Logic, Marcus Bleecker (Mosaic) and Popper’s Blues Traveler bandmate Tad Kinchla will start things out in Breckenridge at Sherpa & Yetis on March 25. From there the quartet will travel around the Rockies, with stops in Grand Junction, Crested Butte, Aspen, Denver and Fort Collins before wrapping things up at Vail Street Beat on April 2.
