Galactic bassist Rob Mercurio and guitarist Jeff Raines will perform a clinic with two of their occasional collaborators this weekend in New Orleans. On Sunday afternoon at Tipitina’s, the pair will be joined by drummer Kevin O’Day and keyboard player Joe Ashlar (who often appears with Mercurio and Raines in Good Enough for Good Times). Students are encouraged to bring their instruments to this installment of the ‘Music Workshop Series’ presented by the Tipitina’s Foundation. The event, which will take place from 12:30-3:30 PM is free and open to the public.
