Chris Barron is currently performing a series of Wednesday dates at New York City’s Bitter End. This evening, Barron’s childhood friend and steady collaborator John Popper will be in town and has confirmed that he will join Barron on stage. In addition, Barron’s longtime Spin Doctors bandmate Aaron Comess will be gigging earlier in the night with Seth Winters at Sullivan Hall, so it is quite possible that he will join in as well. Barron, Popper and Comess appeared together late last month at the Bill Graham Foundation Benefit. Barron’s latest release, recorded with the Time Bandits is Pancho and the Kid.
