Mathis and Slip drummer Andrew Barr will back Benevento through November 10, while Slip bassist Marc Friedman and Jacob Fred Jazz Odyssey drummer Josh Raymer will finish out the brief tour. Benevento will also play a solo show at New Yorks Kennys Castaways on October 23 as part of CMJ.
