The Big Wu, who have limited themselves to select dates over the past few years, will return for more one show in 2008. The band will resume a longstanding tradition with a Wu Year’s Eve performance in the group’s native Minneapolis. The Wu will headline a bill at Trocaderos that will also feature sets from God Johnson, Hyentyte and Absolute Gruv. One can assume that God Johnson guitarist Jason Fladager will reunite with his longtime Big Wu bandmates for a portion of their set.
