This past Saturday, Bill Nershi hosted a night of music at Denvers Cervantes. The Infamous Stringdusters opened the evening and brought Neshi onstage for a few songs, including Restless Wind and Dear Prudence. Nershi then offered a short, spirited set that mixed solo songs, Stringdusters collaborations and, as they were setting up, jams with the members of evening headliners Head for the Hills (including Born on the Wrong Planet and Heart of Saturday Night). The set then flowed seamlessly into Head for the Hills marquee spot, with Nershi later returning to help close the evening out. The Emmitt-Nershi Band will kick off a run of shows at Live Oak, FLs Suwannee Springfest on March 27.
