Our second New Orleans story of the day takes us back to The Howliní Wolf for another jam-session featuring some familiar faces. The members of the Northeast jazz/funk community will come together for the 2nd annual Royal Family Ball at the Howliní Wolf this Thursday, April 30. The evening will feature performances by Soulive, Lettuce, Dr. Claw (Adam Deitch, Ian Neville, Nick Daniels, Eric Krasno & Nigel Hall), Ivan Neville, Rusell Batiste and a variety of additional special guests. Guitarist Eric Krasno looks to take home the eveningís performance award, as he is a member of Lettuce, Soulive and Dr. Claw. Representatives from Jam Cruise will also be at the club, overseeing a special VIP area and giving away free merch. Please click here for more on the Royal Family.
