Last Thursday guitarist Jeff Mattson suffered a partially collapsed lung and was rushed into surgery. Reports suggest he is doing well however the Donna Jean Godchaux Band with Jeff Mattson will not perform this coming week at Gratefulfest. Instead, Donna Jean will make the rounds and perform with such acts as the New Riders of the Purple Sage and Boombox. Mattson is expected to be back and playing within the coming weeks.
