As we reported last week, veteran live music taper and radio personality Dave Nolan passed away on Thursday, February 25. This evening New York’s WBAI will host a tribute to Nolan from 9 PM-12 AM, featuring some of his favorite music and recordings, as well as reflections from friends and listeners. Nolan hosted the popular Dead Air and Live Air shows on the station for many years. The tribute can be found on 99.5 FM around New York City and online elsewhere. Fans can phone in their memories of Nolan at 212-209-2900.
