On Saturday July 3, Umphrey’s McGee and Galactic will join forces for a show at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. The Wailers also will be on the bill and Cyril Neville will appear with Galactic. The Red Rocks & Blue event also offers fans the opportunity to vote for a song they would like to see the two groups perform together, with selections from Michael Jackson, Guns & Roses, The Rolling Stones and Muse among the choices. The two bands also will make a full weekend of it, with Galactic appearing at the Gothic Theatre on Friday, July 2 and Umphrey’s McGee performing at the Gothic on Sunday, July 4. Tickets go on sale this Saturday, with discounted two and three day packages available, as well as VIP tickets.
