Five members of the String Cheese Incident are among the musicians set to participate in this year’s NedFest, which returns to Nederland Colorado from August 27-29. Steve Kimock Crazy Engine featuring Melvin Seals is also confirmed to play, along with Cornmeal, Hot Buttered Rum, The Motet and Great American Taxi. As for the extended String Cheese family, bassist Keith Moseley will appear with Billy Nershi’s Blue Planet, while Holy Kimoto draws together Kyle Hollingsworth, Michael Travis and Jason Hann along with Kimock. This will be the 12th installment of NedFest which has been hosted each year by ‘Michigan Mike’ Torpie (the NedFest site lists his titles as Music Promoter, Festivarian, Vendor Coordinator, Sponsor Coordinator, Talent Buyer / Booking Agent and Volunteer Coordinator).
