Next Tuesday, April 12, is the official release date for the latest two installments in the Live Phish Series. Fred Kevorkian has remastered these shows, which took place during the 2010 fall tour. Phish’s October 26 show at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester, NH and its October 30 performance at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, NJ will be available. To mark the occasion the band has released some of the music from each show. The sequence from October 26 that moves from “Makisupa Policeman” to the late Gregory Isaacs’ “Night Nurse” and then back into “Makisupa Policeman” is now streaming on Relix.com. Meanwhile, the band’s take on “Wolfman’s Brother” > “Undermind” from the October 30 show, also can be heard on the Relix site. Both of these shows will available for download at iTunes, with a limited number of CDs available at record stores and via pre-order at the Phish Dry Goods site.
