Wilco are currently in the midst of an extended Chicago residency. The Chicago group’s first Windy City shows since 2009, the run will take Wilco on a tour of various small venues. This morning the group also made an appearance on the local TV station WGN for the morning news. In addition to a short performances of “Dawn on Me” and “Whole Love” with the rest of the band, Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy showed off his weatherman skills and gave viewers the seven-day forecast. Tweedy joked that a seven-day forecast is optimistic and inserted a good dose of his trademark sarcastic wit.
