The Drums and Crocodiles are among the first acts confirmed for the second annual 4Knots Music Festival. Hosted by The Village Voice, the free festival will take place at New York’s South Street Seaport Piers 16 and 17 on Saturday, July 14. Music is slated to run from 1-8 PM.
