Kung Fu have announced their 2nd annual Toys for Tots Holiday Spectacular. The event will take place on December 22 at Toad’s Place in New Haven, CT and will feature Kung Fu and Break Science. The band will also be joined by Bill Evans and Rob Volo. Proceeds from the event will go to Toys For Tots. The band distributed more than $3,000 worth of toys to the Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital on Christmas Eve last year, and they hope to double that take this year for children in Bridgeport and Hartford counties. Kung Fu has also teamed up with the 24 Hour Music Project, a non-profit that raises awareness and resources to combat domestic violence and help victim. Tickets are on sale now. Fans can receive half price admission on the day of the show by bringing new and unwrapped toys to the venue.
