The Rex Foundation will host events on both coasts on December 1. On the West Coast, Rex will present Buck Dancer’s Choice at San Francisco’s The Fillmore. The evening will honor longtime Grateful Dead Manager and Rex Foundation Board Member Jon McIntire. Bob Weir, Mickey Hart and a number of as-of-yet unannounced guests will perform at the event.

Meanwhile, on the East Coast Rex will host a special reception at the Beacon Hotel just before Hot Tuna’s show at New York’s Beacon Theatre. Hot Tuna co-founder Jorma Kaukonen will serve as the event’s special guest, and the evening will include
food, beverages and other goodies.
