Gregg Allman has confirmed a series of winter dates with his solo band. The run of show includes a New Year’s Eve performance at New Orleans’ House of Blues.

The Allman Brothers Band co-founder’s tour will kick off in Greenville, SC on December 28. Allman was originally slated to play at Grennville’s Peace Center for the Performing Arts in October but cancelled his appearance due to sudden health concerns. From there, Allman will move through Mobile, AL, New Orleans, Grand Prairie, TX, Las Vegas, NV and Napa, CA. He will likely confirm additional shows in the coming weeks.

From December 30-January 5, Royal Southern Brotherhood will support Allman. Their Texas stop will be a multi-band bill also featuring John Hiatt and Leon Russell. Allman and Russell collaborated as part of T Bone Burnett’s The Speaking Clock Revue in 2010.
