Umphrey’s McGee’s Jake Cinninger joins North Carolina-based funk fusion quintet The Mantras on their new tune “Kinetic Bump.” He can be heard contributing his guitar skills to the the song, which is the first single from The Mantras’ upcoming album Jam Bands Ruined My Life!. Produced at Cinninger’s Boondock Studios in Michigan, the album hears the guitarist helping out as a producer and engineer. The Mantras will open for Umphrey’s McGee on November 26 at The National in Richmond, VA.
