The Flaming Lips have announced a second SXSW show, as well as the premiere date for Wayne Coyne’s new film. The band will play a show at The Belmont in Austin, TX on March 14 in addition to their previously announced (free) gig at Auditorium Shows the following day with Jim James. Coyne’s latest film A Year In The Life of Wayne Coyne’s Phone, will also debut at the festival at the Alamo Ritz Theater on March 13. Coyne will be present at the event for a post-screening Q&A. The Flaming Lips will then perform on the Late Show with David Letterman on April 3 in support of their new album The Terror, which will be released on April 2.

As previously reported, the band will play a run of four shows with the Black Keys in late April and early May. A full list of their upcoming tour dates can be found below.
