Moogfest have announced that their revamped festival will take place April 25-27, 2014 in Asheville, NC. As previously reported, Moogfest split with promoter AC Entertainment last year. AC then promised to bring a new festival called the Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit to Asheville around Halloween, the time of the year the Moogfest traditionally took place.

No bands have been announced yet, but Moogfest says that the spring weather will allow for daytime events. The lineup for the Mountain Oasis Electronic Music Summit has not been revealed at this point either.
