Steve Kimock will replace Jonathan Wilson as RatDog’s lead guitarist this August. Wilson has bowed out of his scheduled appearances with Bob Weir and company due to a scheduling conflict. A note from Weir’s camp reads:

Due to scheduling conflicts, Jonathan Wilson can no longer join Bob Weir and RatDog at The Peach Music Festival in August. We look forward to having Jonathan for many more shows with Bob down the road. We are happy to announce Steve Kimock is able to join in his place. See you all there. August 16, 17, 18, 2013. Kimock has performed with RatDog many times over the years. Of note, he toured as the band’s primary lead guitarist in 2007 while Mark Karan battled cancer.
