Relix publisher and former Wetlands Preserve owner Peter Shapiro will look back at the venue via a special program on SiriusXM’s Jam_On that debuts today at 6PM ET. Shapiro will be joined by site founder and Relix editor Dean Budnick, who also directed the 2006 documentary film, Wetlands Preserve: The Story of an Activist Rock Club. The Wetlands Preserved: 25th Anniversary Special will feature music recorded at the club, including many of the performers who will appear at the two-night Wetlands celebration that will take place at the Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY this Friday and Saturday with moe. and a variety of special guests. The Wetlands Preserved: 25th Anniversary Special premieres today at 6PM ET and will be rebroadcast on Friday at 6AM ET, Friday at 2PM ET and Saturday at 10AM ET.
