The Electric Factory in Philadelphia has added a Disco Biscuits mural to their upstairs men’s bathroom. Bassist Marc Brownstein posted the photo on his Facebook page today, along with an explanation that reads:

Jerry, who runs the electric Factory, was so excited to immediately bring me to the upstairs men’s bathroom the second I got here today. He wanted to show me that what he told me at Party Boys wedding, that he was working on a The Disco Biscuits mural at the Factory. Also honored in that same bathroom: Questlove and Will Smith! What amazing company! He then went on to say that the biscuits have played here the most of any act in the history of the venue!

WOW! I’m unbelievably humbled and honored to have this biscuits’ mural on the wall here at one of the great venues in Bistory!

The Disco Biscuits will kick off a three-night run at the Electric Factory tonight. ICHISAN will open for them tonight, while RAQ will provide support tomorrow and The Werks play the opening set on Saturday night. Tonight’s show will be the band’s first performance at the venue, which they have played over 20 times, since 2009.
