Dan Auerbach’s latest project The Arcs have debuted a new track, “Outta My Mind,” from their forthcoming debut album Yours, Dreamily, due out September 4 via Nonesuch Records. The tune is available to listen to below.

The 14-track effort was recorded in “roughly two weeks through spontaneous, informal sessions” at various studios across the country including Nashville and Los Angeles, among others.

Auerbach initially introduced the project as a Grateful Dead-inspired album, saying, “I just wanted to do my thing and get extra weird. I wanted everything to flow [and] be cohesive. A lot of the songs bleed one into the other, a lot like the Grateful Dead – my favorite records that they did. So I’ve got a lot of connected songs.”
