The Red Hot Organization, who teamed with The National’s Aaron and Bryce Dessner to create the recent Day of the Dead massive Grateful Dead indie tribute compilation, have announced they will release a collection of those tunes on vinyl EP, anchored by the album’s “Terrapin Station” suite.

The full suite was recorded by Grizzly Bear’s Daniel Rossen and Christopher Bear, along with The National and more, plus the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. On the other side of the 12” EP will be Bonnie “Prince” Billy’s “If I Had the World to Give,” “Playing in the Band” by TV On the Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe, Lee Ranaldo and more and Bryce Dessner’s “Althea”-inspired “Garcia Counterpoint.” Listen to all the tracks below.

Pre-orders for the “Terrapin Station (Suite)” EP, which comes out August 5, are available here.
