Some of the jam scene’s greatest contributors are hitting the slopes this winter for 10 Mile Tide: A Deadhead Ski Trip.
The event is scheduled for March 27-20 at Colorado’s 10 Mile Music Hall, and the current list of performers includes Steve Kimock & Friends, Melvin Seals & JGB, Everyone’s Dead feat. Matt Butler, Ghost Light, Coral Creek, DeadPhish Orchestra and the Uptown Toodeloo String Band.
“Being located in a ski town provides us a unique opportunity to offer music fans that also enjoy skiing and snowboarding a great vacation option this coming winter,” Todd Altschuler of 10 Mile Music Hall said in an official statement.
Tickets for the four-day event will go on sale Aug. 23 at 9 a.m. MT. They will be priced at $359 for four nights of music as well as a three-day ski pass. Lodging is not included.
Says Altschuler, “I can’t think of a better way to enjoy
spring skiing than spending a little time on the mountain with a few hundred Deadheads.”
