Jeff Tweedy has joined the lineup for the second annual OctFest. The Wilco frontman will replace BadBadNotGood, who have had to pull its own performance due to unforeseen circumstances. OctFest, which is presented by Pitchfork and October, is slated to take place on New York’s Governors Island on September 8 and 9, boasting a mix of musical performers, a curated food program, and 90+ craft breweries from around the world.
